Inside the system
This is an operating day.
Real DO Adventure screens, with the data of a sample operator in Ushuaia. What you see here is what you will use.

Three dashboards
Every team starts the day with its own view.
Management, sales and operations look at the same system from where they stand. Every row opens in a side panel, without leaving the dashboard.

The problem
Your operation already works. The problem is where it lives.
In a typical company, one departure with twelve passengers passes through six different tools. None of them knows about the others, so when something changes you change it six times.
- Capacity spreadsheet
- Guide's calendar
- WhatsApp group
- Email inbox
- Cash notebook
- Receipts folder
One place.
Operations · Module 01
The day of the departure, entered once.
Operations is the core of the system and where the product started: everything between the sale and the group getting back. The rest sits on top of it.
The departure builds itself
With the passengers already sold, it asks for the certified guides the trip needs and flags the vehicle if it is booked somewhere else that day.
The gear goes out assigned
Tents, kayaks, sleeping bags and stoves are tied to the departure, so when it comes back you know what to check and what is missing.
Costs land while it happens
Fuel, per diems and the mountain hut go in during the trip, not reconstructed at the end of the month.
And the guide carries it
Manifest, timings and headcount on the phone, working where there is no signal too.
passengers, two guides, one van and three days in the mountains — one record

Upcoming services
The whole month,in one grid.
One row per activity and one column per day. Hover a cell and you see the service, the passengers with their flag and the assigned resources. What's missing shows in red, before it's too late.

01 / 05Wednesday's trek is missing a radio: you see it today, not on departure day.
- With departures
- Something missing
- Recurring, not created yet
The modules
Sixteen parts. One operation.
Each one solves a specific moment of the work. You start with the ones you need today and add the rest when the company asks for them.

In the field
The office rides with the guide.
An app for guides and drivers with the only things they need: what they have today, who is coming, where everyone is and how to raise a flag if something happens.
- Manifest and headcount from the phone
- Keeps working without a single bar of signal and syncs on the way back
- An alert button that reaches the person in charge, not a WhatsApp group

The numbers
What the departure made, without waiting for month-end.
Sales post the revenue, operations post the cost. The margin per departure shows up on its own, from numbers that are already in the system.
Two activities can bill the same and leave opposite margins. Until you see it, you keep pushing the one that has you working for free.
Reach
From Ushuaia to Mexico. One way to operate.
The system is built for nature operations across the region, with their currencies, their crossed seasons and their country-by-country invoicing.
Every module
Hover and open the one you need.
Load one of your own departures and see how it looks.
No video, no guided tour: it is your account, with every module open, so you can try it on data you recognise.
15 days · no card · closes itself if you stop there
