Module 12 of 17
Payments
Charge through your own gateways and have the money land reconciled.
All modules
What it looks like

What it solves
You connect your own Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayPal or dLocal accounts with your own credentials: the money goes to your accounts and never passes through ours. Each gateway behaves like a treasury account, and every payment lands reconciled against its booking with the fee split out from the net — which is the part nobody wants to rebuild by hand afterwards.
- Your own Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayPal or dLocal accounts
- Payment links for a deposit, a balance or installments, per booking or reusable
- Hosted and embeddable checkout: card details never pass through your system
- Every payment lands in treasury reconciled, with its fee split out
What you can do
- Connect one or several accounts per gateway, with your own credentials
- Choose which gateway is offered on each sales channel and in each currency
- Create a payment link for a deposit, a balance or an installment
- Take payment from the website, an itinerary, a booking, an email or WhatsApp
- Follow the status of every payment attempt and its retries
- Post the payment to treasury with the fee split out from the net
- Reconcile the gateway payout against what the bank actually credited
- Issue a full or partial refund against the original payment
- Follow a chargeback with its documentation and its resolution
- See where every payment came from: web, proposal, booking, link or counter
A real case
A deposit that lands on a Sunday night
The situation
A traveler in Brazil confirms a rafting departure and pays from the phone, with nobody in the office watching the screen.
- 01
The booking issues a payment link for the deposit, in the traveler's currency and through the gateway that channel uses.
- 02
They pay on the hosted checkout: the card details never touch your system and are stored nowhere in it.
- 03
The gateway confirms, the booking moves to deposit paid, and the movement lands in treasury with the fee split out from the net.
- 04
On Monday you reconcile the gateway payout against what the bank actually credited.
What you end up with
The payment, the booking and the treasury entry are one and the same event, and the net that reached the bank matches what the system says.
