Users
The plan includes 3 users. After that, every extra system user costs the same whatever they do. Guides and drivers who only use the field app do not take those seats: they are billed with the app add-on, per user.
Guides and drivers app
It is not included in the plan: it is an add-on billed per user, only for the people who use it in the field. Add it or cancel it from your account whenever you want.
Electronic invoicing
It is an extra contracted per point of sale: each point of sale that files electronic invoices with the tax authority adds one. Invoicing without electronic filing is included in the plan.
Changes mid-month
What you add turns on right away and is prorated to your next renewal. What you drop keeps working until the next billing date: nothing gets cut off mid-season.
Monthly or annual
Annual is paid up front and costs less than twelve separate months; the exact saving shows above when you switch the cycle. Moving to annual takes effect on your next billing date.

Is the price per user or per company?
Per company. The plan includes 3 users, and only from the next one on does the extra-user charge apply, at the same rate for any role.
How much do you save paying for the year?
The annual cycle costs less than twelve separate months. The exact percentage depends on the current price list and you can see it above, in the cycle switch: flip it to annual and the page shows you the total, the saving and what it works out to per month.
Does the free trial need a card?
No. It is 15 days with every module open and no payment method. If you stop there, the account closes itself and nothing is charged.
Can I turn a module on just for high season?
Yes. Modules go on and off whenever you want: what you add is prorated to your next renewal, and what you drop keeps working until the next billing date.
